Institutional Division

The McNally team of specialists understands institutional projects from coordination issues related to summer and winter break housing renovations and major academic restacks based on renovation schedules, to local and national delivery logistics. Whether it is a small on-campus conference center in the Southeast or an 800 bed undergraduate housing project in the Midwest, McNally has experience in all aspects of institutional project supervision and installation working directly with architects, designers, contractors, consultants and the project team.

For installation projects, using specially developed systems, the McNally team tracks purchase from issuance to delivery and placement, being proactive in creating alternate solutions to scheduling, budgetary or installation difficulties.

With campus relocation projects, we implement customized tagging systems, generate detailed schedules and coordination documents to insure smooth transitions. We are experienced with full service relocations similar to those in the corporate marketplace including the relocation of technology, sensitive equipment and libraries. Our team will work directly with IT departments or consultants and can provide full disconnect and reconnect of computers and peripheral equipment as needed – typically with no additional downtime in the relocation process.

The Institutional Division client list includes nationally recognized public and private colleges and universities, small community colleges, public auditoriums and teaching facilities. Please contact us for more information about our detailed menu of services and client references.
