Utility and technical services are coordinated and directed to
guarantee readiness for priority and parallel
operations. Every purchase order is tracked to assure availability at installation and individual deliveries are arranged so that they may be accelerated or delayed depending on project progress. As part of our Logistics and Transportation services our clients don't always need warehousing. As part of our services, we avoid unnecessary and often expensive warehousing costs whenever possible by analyzing vendor lead times, transit times, supplier willingness to manufacture and hold, and construction schedule coordination to minimize our client's costs. When warehousing services are warranted, we provide well suited facilities. McNally implements a receiver and locator system for goods stored on site along with security arrangements and personnel. |
